These are invoice amounts before tax, with quantity one and no add-ons, setup fees or usage charges. An issued invoice still needs a payment result.

When does one discounted cycle get used?

A cycle is consumed when an invoice containing the coupon’s discount is issued and linked to the subscription cycle. Payment success is a separate event. Duration is measured in billing cycles, so three cycles on an annual plan cover three annual invoices.

A customer outside the offer

Another customer tries STUDIO20 but is absent from its eligible-customer list. The application is rejected and no discount is added to that subscription.

What if the redemption deadline passes?

New applications are rejected after the deadline. The discount already applied to SUB-520 follows its three-cycle duration. The last date to apply the code and the last discounted invoice answer different questions.

Can a fixed-amount coupon cross currencies?+
The coupon currency must match the subscription currency. A USD 10 coupon requires a USD subscription; create an offer in the matching currency for another subscription.
Can a subscriber combine two coupons?+
Only compatible stackable coupons can combine. An exclusive coupon blocks combinations with other active codes. Check the saved policies and the resulting invoice amount before using a combined offer.
Can we add or remove a coupon after an invoice is issued?+
You can apply or remove a coupon on the subscription. Review an already-issued invoice separately; changing the subscription discount does not revise an existing invoice or issue a refund.
