AoR coverage add-on

Misclassification coverage, attached only when policy evidence is ready

Gruv's AoR misclassification coverage is modeled as an opt-in add-on per engagement. The platform quotes the add-on only from an active country policy that includes third-party EPLI endorsement and Gruv-controlled indemnification terms.

Trust review packet showing policy evidence, coverage status, and approval controls.

Policy-backed quote

Monthly premium, claim limit, aggregate limit, and third-party EPLI limit are read from the bound country policy before a quote is shown.

Opt-in per engagement

Coverage attaches to a specific AoR engagement and SKU, so teams can review who opted in, when, and under which policy record.

Carrier acknowledgement

An opt-in starts pending carrier reporting and moves active only after carrier acknowledgement is recorded.

Quote prerequisites

No policy evidence, no quote

A fixed global price is not published because limits and premium are policy-backed by country. The quote endpoint returns the actual monthly premium and limits from the bound policy record for the engagement country.

EvidenceRequirement
Country policy statusMust be active for the worker country and not expired.
Third-party EPLI endorsementRequired before the quote can be available.
Indemnification termsMust be marked included under Gruv-controlled terms.
Carrier report statePending, reported, acknowledged, or failed for each opt-in record.

What the add-on covers in code

The coverage record stores the engagement, SKU, policy, country, carrier, premium, limits, effective window, and carrier-report status. The current add-on SKU is AOR_MISCLASSIFICATION_INDEMNITY, and duplicate active opt-ins for the same engagement are blocked.

What still requires sign-off

The public page does not claim uncapped coverage or a universal carrier price. Production launch still requires broker/carrier binder data and billing enablement for the customer account.
