AoR coverage add-on

Misclassification coverage, gated on policy evidence

AoR misclassification coverage is an opt-in add-on per contractor engagement. Quotes surface only when the bound country policy carries an active third-party EPLI endorsement and carrier-confirmed indemnification terms.

Trust review packet showing policy evidence, coverage status, and approval controls.

Policy-backed quote

Gruv reads monthly premium, per-claim limit, aggregate cap, and third-party EPLI ceiling from the bound country policy before surfacing a quote. No fixed global price.

Opt-in per engagement

Coverage attaches to one AoR engagement and SKU. Your ops team sees exactly who opted in, when, and under which policy record.

Carrier acknowledgement required

Every opt-in enters a pending state and activates only after the carrier records acknowledgement. No silent activation.

Quote prerequisites

No policy evidence, no quote

There is no fixed global price. Limits and premiums are country-specific and policy-backed. The quote endpoint returns the actual monthly premium and caps from the bound policy record for the engagement country.

EvidenceRequirement
Country policy statusActive and unexpired for the worker country
Third-party EPLI endorsementPresent on the policy before a quote surfaces
Indemnification termsConfirmed in the bound carrier policy
Carrier report stateTracked as pending, reported, acknowledged, or failed per opt-in

What each coverage record stores

Engagement ID, SKU (AOR_MISCLASSIFICATION_INDEMNITY), policy reference, country, carrier, premium, limits, effective window, and carrier-report status. Duplicate active opt-ins for the same engagement are blocked at the database level.

What still requires sign-off

This page does not claim uncapped coverage or a universal carrier price. Production activation requires broker/carrier binder data and billing enablement on your customer account.
