Questions about Gruv

Can I use Gruv as an independent freelancer?+
Yes. Create your own account to manage clients, track billable work and send invoices. You can bring your existing clients with you; you do not need an invitation from a business.
Does my client need a Gruv account to pay me?+
No. Your invoice payment link opens a hosted checkout your client can use without signing up. The payment remains linked to the invoice you sent.
Can our business start with one team?+
Yes. Start with a group of contractors and one payment run. Set up their details, review the invoices and check the payment results before bringing more teams into Gruv.
Can we use our current accounting tools?+
Yes. Connect QuickBooks or Xero, work with CSV files, or use APIs and webhooks. We will help your team choose a connection that fits the records you already use.
Which countries and currencies can I use?+
Tell us where you work, where your clients or contractors are based, and which currencies you need. We confirm the collection and payout options for those countries during setup.
What does pricing look like?+
Your price reflects the services you use, payment volume, countries and currencies. The pricing page helps you plan the numbers; contact us for the fees that apply to your account.
