Welcome to Gruv! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gruv web application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Service
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You will not misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with operations, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
2. Your Account
To use Gruv, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activities or actions under your account, whether or not such actions were authorized by you.
3. Fees and Payments
Certain features of the Service may be subject to payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the services you select.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in an applicable policy.
4. Payment Services
Payment processing, fund custody, foreign exchange, and settlement are performed by licensed third-party payment partners. Gruv orchestrates payment instructions and keeps the operational record on top of those services. Gruv does not hold customer funds, issue financial accounts, or provide regulated payment services itself.
Your use of partner payment services may be subject to additional terms and onboarding checks required by the relevant partner.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gruv Pte. Ltd. and its licensors.
Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Gruv makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gruv will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
