The sign-in page supports email and password and can start enterprise SSO for an email connected to a configured account. Email verification can also ask for a one-time code. After sign-in, team access is managed with the Owner, Admin, and Member roles shown in the current workspace.
Sign in with email and password
- Choose the talent or business sign-in path that matches the account.
- Enter the email and current password, then choose Sign in.
- If email verification is required, enter the code sent to the email address. Use Resend only after the timer allows another request.
- If the password is unavailable, choose Forgot password? and complete the recovery flow instead of creating another account.
Use configured enterprise SSO
- Enter the work email first so Gruv can discover the matching enterprise account.
- Choose Continue with SSO. Gruv starts the configured enterprise SSO flow and returns through the SSO callback after authentication.
- If discovery fails, confirm the email domain and ask the workspace owner whether enterprise SSO is enabled for that account.
Roles and permissions
- Owner: a workspace role that can remain responsible for team administration. The product prevents changing or removing the last owner without assigning another owner first.
- Admin: an available workspace role. Individual product actions can still depend on the capability shown for that account.
- Member: the standard member role shown in team management. Do not assume it carries finance approval or execution access.
If someone sees the wrong workspace
Confirm that the invitation was sent to the same email used to sign in. Then check the active workspace and role. A person can authenticate successfully but still lack membership in the intended workspace, or have a role without the capability needed for a finance action.
