B2B Buy Now, Pay Later for Service Platforms: Terms and Providers

A business buyer may want to receive a service now and pay an invoice later. That demand does not by itself make a service platform a lender or make every instalment product suitable. Define the buyer, seller and funded obligation before adding a pay-later button. For a marketplace, also establish who owes the service provider and when that separate payable becomes due.
