Follow the request to a shareable state

VA-402 asks for USD receiving details. Recording the request is the start. The account still needs the checks that apply to its identity, program and receiving route.

    ACTION_REQUIRED

    Setup needs attention

Keep the details hidden and resolve the requested setup.

Why can a provider account be active while details stay hidden?

For a personal receiving route, provider activation is one input. Gruv also checks account and identity consistency, receive capability, reconciliation evidence, sender-reference evidence and a safe payout or return path. The customer record remains enablement pending or action required until those checks pass.

Give support the identifiers that matter

DEP-8421 is a separate case after receiving details were active. The deposit drawer says what arrived and where it belongs, while the held state tells the team that review is still open.

Send the deposit ID, provider transaction ID, received time, sender reference and masked sender account when asking support to investigate. There is no credited time or journal ID yet.

What does held mean here?

Held means the deposit is under review. The customer view keeps the detailed policy reason private. It does not promise when the review will finish or that the deposit will become credited.

Can I assign or return this deposit here?

No. This customer view is an investigation record. It does not provide controls to attribute or return the deposit. Use the identifiers above when asking support to investigate the current state.

Frequently Asked Questions

What needs to be ready before we request receiving details?+
A business workspace needs approved owner identity and business verification, plus an enabled provider and receiving setup. Personal receiving routes use their own identity and live-availability checks. Confirm the applicable route before rollout.
When can we share the receiving details?+
Share details only when the account record is active and the complete receiving fields are available. An accepted request or an active provider record alone is not enough.
What does a held deposit tell us?+
Held means the deposit is under review. Use the deposit ID, sender reference, masked sender account, provider transaction ID and received time to investigate; the state does not promise a release date or credited outcome.
